How to Make (one serving)

-8 oz distilled/spring water
Drink 6-12 glasses (approx 1/2 gal) of lemonade a day for at least 10 days (this fast/detox is safe for 40+ days)
To aid elimination
-herbal laxative tea every night before bed
-salt water flush every morning on empty stomach (or herbal laxative tea - it is a matter of preference)
-1 qt (1/4 gal or approx 1 liter) lukewarm water
-2 tspn sea salt (not iodized salt)

-1 cup maple syrup (grade B)
-approx 1 gal distilled/spring water
-add the cayenne pepper (1/10 tspn or to taste) to individual servings (it may negatively interact with the lemon enzymes if stored for too long)
